Duo ID Email Settings Documentation - September 22, 2026​

New pages cover the Duo ID email settings screens at the Domain and Tenant level: how the subject and content resolve across the two scopes, why only the Domain sets the sender, the Duo ID link button requirement, the starting templates, and how to preview and test-send before saving. Both pages include screenshots of the editor.

Domain Administration​

New Documentation:

  • Duo ID Email Settings — How to set a dedicated sender on a verified sending domain and customize the invitation, rejection, and reminder emails for every Tenant under a Domain, including the full sender and content resolution chains, the Friendly and Short and formal templates, and which language to write in.

Tenant Administration​

New Documentation:

  • Tenant Duo ID Email Settings — How a Tenant layers its own Duo ID subject and content on top of its Domain's settings, while the sender stays with the Domain.

Documentation Structure Improvements​

The Domain Administration and Tenant Administration overview pages now list Duo ID email settings alongside their existing feature and settings lists.
