We've packed version 1.9.6.0 with new features to make your credential management easier and more flexible. The biggest updates are in data transfer options, product management, and Mobile ID features.

You'll find a new AMR File Transfer option for one-off data transfers, a smart way to remove products from your system, and better Mobile ID handling with Duo ID support. We've also fixed several bugs and made the system more user-friendly.

These changes make Breeze even better at handling your identity management needs while keeping everything secure and simple to use.

New Features​

AMR File Transfer​

Need to send credential data to another system just once? Our new AMR File Transfer feature makes it simple. It uses Azure Storage to move data securely when you need it, without setting up ongoing synchronization.

What you get:

  • Data transfers right when a credential is marked as produced
  • CSV files with the fields you choose
  • Images included your way - as separate files or in the CSV
  • Azure File Share integration
  • Top-notch security

This feature complements our existing AMR File Synchronization capability, providing more flexibility in how credential data can be transferred to external systems.

Product Deactivation​

We're introducing a comprehensive Product Deactivation feature that enables system administrators and product maintainers to safely remove products from the system while maintaining data integrity and creating a complete audit trail.

Key Features​

  • Safe Deactivation Process: Before deactivation, the system shows a preview of all affected objects, including tenants that will have the product removed
  • Comprehensive Clean-up: Automatically handles all product references across the system
  • Audit Trail: Creates detailed event logs for all changes made during the deactivation process

Impact and Changes​

When a product is deactivated, the system automatically:

  • Removes the product from all domain settings:

    • Domain whitelists
    • Default products
    • Transportation methods

  • Updates affected tenants by:

    • Removing the product from tenant-specific settings
    • Resetting production flow settings where the product was used in merge settings

  • Handles associated card templates:

    • Removes the card type
    • Deactivates the card template
    • Creates appropriate audit logs

Improvements​

Automatic Approval for Mobile ID Duo ID Requests​

We've introduced an automatic approval workflow for Mobile ID Duo ID requests, streamlining the credential issuance process. This feature allows System Administrators to configure automatic approval of incoming Duo ID requests specifically for Mobile ID credentials.

Key Features​

  • Automated Workflow: Automatically approves Duo ID requests for Mobile ID credentials
  • Designated Approver: System Administrators can select a specific user as the automatic approver
  • Cart Integration: Approved requests are automatically added to the designated approver's cart
  • On-the-fly Support: When combined with On-the-fly processing, approved requests can be issued immediately

This automatic approval feature is exclusively available for Mobile ID credentials using Duo ID.

Configuration​

System Administrators can:

  • Enable automatic approval for Mobile ID Duo ID requests on the Mobile ID template
  • Select a designated user as the automatic approver
  • Optionally enable On-the-fly processing for immediate issuance

Duo ID Support for Mobile ID​

We've enhanced our Mobile ID functionality by adding support for Duo ID requests. This integration allows Mobile ID credentials to be processed through the Duo ID workflow, combining the security and convenience of both features.

The Duo ID integration can be enabled directly on the Mobile ID template, providing a straightforward way to implement this combined functionality.

Streamlined Duo ID Email Registration​

We've improved the user experience for templates that include both Duo ID and the personEmail field. Previously, users had to enter their email address twice when a template included both Duo ID and the personEmail field. With this improvement, one email field is now hidden, and the same email address is automatically used for both the Collaborator and personEmail fields.

This enhancement:

  • Eliminates redundant data entry
  • Reduces the chance of email mismatches
  • Streamlines the registration process
  • Maintains data consistency across both fields

Bug fixes​

Duo ID Mobile Preview Fix​

Fixed an issue where the Duo ID preview functionality wasn't working correctly for Mobile ID credentials. This ensures that users can now properly preview Mobile ID credentials before issuance.

Mobile ID Role Permission Display​

Fixed an issue where the "Issue Mobile ID" button was visible to users with insufficient permissions. While the backend was correctly validating the role permissions and preventing unauthorized access, the button's visibility was misleading for users with lower roles. This has been corrected to properly reflect the required permissions in the user interface.

Language Switching Improvements​

Resolved multiple translation issues where certain tables and lists would not update to the correct language when switching languages until the page was reloaded. This fix ensures immediate language updates across all interface elements without requiring a page refresh.

Card Template Copying Enhancement​

Fixed a limitation in the card template copying functionality where only the first 3,000 sub-tenants were displayed when there were more available. This issue prevented copying templates to newer sub-tenants beyond this limit. The fix implements a more dynamic search approach, ensuring all available sub-tenants can be accessed and selected for template copying.
