Axia Frakt Freight Integration
Axia Frakt integration lets Warehouse Operators create freight consignments — shipping labels and track-and-trace — directly from orders in Breeze, using the Axia Frakt API. Operators do not need to leave Breeze or log in to Axia separately.
The integration is enabled at Domain level, then configured per Production Site. Once set up, a Create consignment button appears on eligible orders.
What you can do
- Create freight consignments from orders in packing, in production, or pending state
- Get a freight price estimate before confirming a consignment
- Print shipping labels (PDF) and open track-and-trace links directly from the order
- Delete consignments from the order view
- Manage reusable parcel profiles with preset dimensions to speed up consignment creation
- Configure Axia Frakt settings per Production Site, with optional Domain-level and Tenant-level overrides
How it works
- A Domain Administrator enables the Axia Frakt feature for the Domain.
- A Tenant Administrator configures the Production Site with an API key, consignor ID, carrier ID, and import ID.
- Warehouse Operators at that Production Site can create consignments from eligible orders.
Ordering Tenants without their own Domain can also set a Tenant-level sender override so their orders use the right sender identity when shipped from a shared Production Site.
Requirements
- An active Axia Frakt account
- An Axia Frakt API key for the Production Site
- Axia Frakt enabled at Domain level
- Axia Frakt configured on the Production Site Tenant (API key, consignor ID, carrier ID, import ID)
- The sender address registered in Axia before any per-Tenant overrides take effect
Where to find it
The Create consignment button appears on orders in packing, in production, or pending state when Axia Frakt is configured for your Production Site.
Parcel profiles and Axia settings are in Tenant Settings → Production Settings.
