Integrations

Integrations in Breeze help you connect the platform with your existing systems and workflows. This page gives you an overview of the integration features available and points you to detailed guides.

What are Integrations?

Integrations allow Breeze to work seamlessly with your other business systems, such as access control systems, HR platforms, databases, and custom applications. They enable automatic data sharing and synchronization, reducing manual work and ensuring information stays up to date across all your systems.

Integration Features

Access Management Router (AMR)

The Access Management Router (AMR) automatically moves Credential data from Breeze to your ecosystem securely and in real time. It connects Breeze to access control systems, HR/ERP platforms, and custom applications so the right people get the right access—on time and with minimal manual work.

Key Benefits:

  • Speed: Data flows as soon as a Credential is produced, activated, deactivated, or deleted
  • Choice: Multiple delivery methods to integrate with file-based systems, databases, or APIs
  • Control: Field-level mapping, tenant-aware incident notifications, and safe retry flows

Popular Use Cases:

  • Access control onboarding: Send new employee card data to your physical access control system (PACS) the moment a card is produced
  • Badge lifecycle updates: Keep status in sync when a card is activated, deactivated, or deleted
  • Directory/HR alignment: Mirror key identity attributes (names, photos, identifiers) to downstream systems
  • Temporary or visitor cards: Push one-time records to a database for short-lived access

Axia Frakt

Axia Frakt integration lets Warehouse Operators create freight consignments — shipping labels and track-and-trace — directly from orders in Breeze, using the Axia Frakt API. Operators do not need to leave Breeze or log in to Axia separately.

Key capabilities:

  • Create and delete consignments from orders in packing, in production, or pending state
  • Get freight price estimates before confirming a consignment
  • Manage reusable parcel profiles with preset dimensions
  • Configure per-site settings with Domain-level and Tenant-level overrides

See Axia Frakt Freight Integration for setup instructions and operator guides.

AI assistants (MCP)

Breeze has a built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so a user can connect an AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, or any other MCP-compatible client — to their own Breeze account and ask it questions instead of clicking through the portal.

Key capabilities:

  • Look up Tenants, users, Credentials, orders, and products in plain language
  • Read-only, under the connecting user's own sign-in and roles
  • One question reaches the user's whole Tenant tree, at any depth
  • Revocable by the user at any time from Connected apps

Connections are off until a Domain administrator enables MCP for the Domain and a Tenant administrator turns it on for the Tenant. Data an assistant reads is shared with its provider, outside the scope of the Breeze data processing agreement.

See Connect an AI assistant to Breeze for the connection steps and what the tools can reach.
