Checkout Process Currently Locked

If you are receiving the error message "Checkout Process Currently Locked" when trying to check out, it means that the checkout process is currently locked. This can happen for a few reasons:

  • The Tenant has not yet been approved by a System Administrator.
  • The Tenant has been locked by the system due to an issue with the Tenant or Credential Templates.

To resolve this issue, please contact your Breeze Support team or System Administrator to review and complete the necessary configurations. Once the lock is removed, you will be able to finalize your order.

Your cart items will be saved until you are able to proceed with the checkout process.

If you are a System Administrator, you can enable or disable the Order Lock for the Tenant in the Tenant settings.

The error message can look like this depending on the user's language:
