Life Cycle Management​

Life Cycle Management allows you to automatically manage the lifecycle of user accounts. This feature helps maintain a clean database and ensures compliance with GDPR policies by automatically handling inactive or unactivated users.

  • Automatic Expiration: Remove registered users who haven't been activated within a specified timeframe
  • Inactivity Management: Deactivate and delete users who haven't been active for a specified period
  • Email Notifications: Send warnings to users before account deletion
  • Domain and Tenant Configuration: Set defaults at the Domain level with Tenant-specific overrides
